Data Handling and Storage

Your personal information — name, contact details and payment identifiers — is stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell your data to third parties and share it only with payment processors like UPI, Paytm and PhonePe to complete your transactions.

Cookie Policy

We use functional, analytics and preference cookies. Functional cookies are essential for your account session to work. You can manage analytics and preference cookies through the cookie settings panel in your account, and your choices are stored for 12 months.

Account Security Measures

Accounts are protected with two-step verification via SMS or an authenticator app. Our systems flag unusual login locations and notify you immediately by email. You can also view your active sessions and terminate any that you do not recognise from the security tab.

Data Retention Period

We retain account and transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations. Once that period expires and your account is closed, we delete personally identifiable data from production systems and purge it from backups within 90 days.

Requesting Changes to Your Data

You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct inaccurate details, or to ask us to delete data that we are no longer required to retain. Send these requests with your account email to [email protected] and we will respond within five working days.

Dispute and Escalation Path

If a resolution offered by our support team does not satisfy you, you can escalate to our compliance officer by replying to your support ticket and marking it as a formal complaint. All formal complaints receive a written decision within 10 working days.

Yes, if you have opened an account and access is available where you are located under local law. Eligibility for specific features depends on your region, and some services may be restricted based on applicable Indian regulations at the time you access them.

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account, clearly stating that you want a data access request. We will verify your identity and send a structured data export to your registered email within five working days of confirming your request.

You can request deletion of data we are not legally required to retain. Financial transaction records are kept for the period mandated by Indian financial regulations. Once that obligation ends, we delete production data and clear it from backups within 90 days of your request.

When you close your account, we archive your data for the legally required retention period. During that window the data is not used for marketing. After the period expires we delete personally identifiable information from all systems, including backups, within 90 days.

We notify all account holders of material changes by email to their registered address at least 14 days before the change takes effect. A summary of what changed and why is included in that email, and the full revised document is published on this page with a version date.
